4.1. Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

4.2. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

4.3. Certain products, such as custom or perishable items, are not eligible for return.

4.4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
